   My wife has an appointment at the Orlando, Fl office . Is that address 6680 Corporate Center Blvd, Orlando, Fl. 32822? ANd how can we get to that office from ….., S. Daytona, Fl. 32119 going by way of route I-95?

3. Dear IR Blog:
   Searching my Case status for a long, USCIS unable reply specifically.Waiting hopelessly since many years. Should I ask the First lady Michelle Obama or congressman for the status? The following correspondences with USCIS people. My husband & minor son in U.S.A and I am seraching to proceed with USCIS proceedures.
   Solicit expert opinion and save me from this predicament.

   Sub: Payment of fee, amounting US$ 404.00 as per your instruction vide your Blue Sheet dated 02 March,2011.

   Dear Sir/Madam,

   As per your Blue Sheet (OF – 194), dated Dhaka 02 March 2011 (under K3 DHK 2008586035) through which you advised me the following under Section 221g:

   01. Pay fee for I – 130 Petition US$ 404.00;
   02. Wait for interview;
   03. Process waiver.

   Since then, I have been searching with you (US Embassy in Dhaka, Consular Section), USCIS New Delhi, NVC Inquiry, NVC Research and uscasestatus @ dhs.gov where to pay the fee for this approved case. But, unfortunately none could reply specifically where to deposit, how to deposit and against what Invoice. Of course, US Embassy replied to search USCIS Web site for payment of the fee US$ 404.00, but I could not locate it, and repeated the request. Even then, I did not get the specific reply to this inquiry.

   After much persuasion, when I failed to get specific reply, I then again applied to the “NVC Research, which replied as follows:
   SUB; WAC 072xxxxxx DEAR SIR/MADAM, ( MAY 23,2011)
   PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC) PREVIOUSLY CONTACTED U.S. CITIZENSHIP IMMIGRATION SERVICE (USCIS) IN REGARDS TO YOUR APPROVED PETITION . USCIS HAS INFORMED US THAT YOUR PETITION WILL RETAINED AT THE (NEWDELHI,INDIA).PLEASE CONTACT THE USCIS OFFICE WHERE THE PETITION WAS ORIGINALLY FILED OR THE NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AT(800)375-5283 FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. YOU CAN ALSO VISIT WEBSITE AT http://WWW.USCIS.GOV.”

   After getting the above reply, then I applied to the Field Office Director, USCIS-DHS, New Delhi regarding payment of I – 130 approved petition, which is supposed to be retained by them. Even then, they could not give reply to it.

   Afterwards, failing to get reply, I then again wrote to NVC Inquiry, along with I – 797 Notice of Action and the Blue Sheet issued by US Embassy, Dhaka. They replied as follows:
   “SUB;RE; PAYMENT OF 1130 PETITION US$404 APPROVAL NOTIFICATION ;WAC 07-2xxxxx ( May 24,2011)
   DEAR SIR/MADAM,
   PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER(NVC) HAS RECEIVED YOUR INQUIRY AND THE ATTACHED I-797 NOTICE OF ACTION-APPROVAL NOTICE. UNFORTUNATELY,WE DO NOT HAVE RECORD OF RECIVING YOUR APPROVED PETITION FROM U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES. THE NVC WILL CONTACT USCIS ON YOUR BEHALF FOR INFORMATION ON THE LOCATION OF THIS PETITION.
   Case No.WAC072xxxx.

4. Are you saying that your I-130 was approved, but NVC didn’t receive it?

   The notification you received should specify where and how to pay the fee of $404. If you followed the instructions and sent the payment, have you received a receipt? Don’t send more money than asked – pay the exact amount required on the notice.

   Check the visa bulletin and see if your priority date is current or will be current soon. Without this NVC will not proceed with your case.

   It is probably easier if your spouse in the U.S. can contact NVC to inquire about your case, and you contact the Embassy/consulate if it is already at that stage. USCIS (a completely separate agency from DOS) has finished its job if they already approved and forwarded your I-130.

6. My husband had an interview for immigrant us visa on Aug 14 and was given a form 221g indicating to wait for the case is now under admin review/processing. What do we do now?
