The PERM Labor Certification Program is administered by the Department of Labor's Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC), at its Atlanta National Processing Center (NPC). The priority dates posted above refer to PERM cases in the iCERT system that are currently being adjudicated. If your application was filed at least three months prior to the published priority date, you may contact OFLC for a status update. Their email address is plc.atlanta@dol.gov.

Your PERM application, once submitted online, will receive an iCERT case number. You can ask your employer for this number which will give you access to the iCERT Case Status Check system.
