Visa Bulletin

The latest visa bulletin is posted here as soon as it is released by DOS. We also publish a visa bulletin chart, graphically demonstrating the overall trend of employment-based visa number availability. Although it is impossible to predict next month's cut-off dates, the visa bulletin graph does provide certain indication.

Move mouse over chart to see individual data points for EB2 and EB3 categories. Y-axis represents the number of years in retrogression. "Visa Unavailable (U)" is shown as 12 years on the chart.
