Visa Bulletin
The latest visa bulletin is posted here as soon as it is released by DOS. We also publish a visa bulletin chart, graphically demonstrating the overall trend of employment-based visa number availability. Although it is impossible to predict next month's cut-off dates, the visa bulletin graph does provide certain indication.
The chart below demonstrates the severity of visa retrogression for EB2 and EB3 categories. Y-axis represents the number of years in retrogression, while X-axis shows the month and year of visa bulletins. So an upward curve means visa retrogression is worsening. For charting purposes, "Visa Unavailable (U)" is shown as 12 years on the chart.
