thanks GC, i think in that case i might just apply for AP renewal because i have travel plans in december 2011. since they take 3 months to process AP renewals, if i were to apply for renewal end-of-summer in september, i may not be able to get the document back before my travel dates. [...]

hi folks, according to the latest published cut-off for Priority Dates, in August 2011, USCIS will be processing applications upto 01-JUNE-2002 in India EB3 category. my PD is 03-JUNE-2002 and i am guessing my date may become current in September or October 2011. my AP is expiring in the first week of November 2011. it [...]
