Just a reminder that USCIS government does NOT send email notifications to DV lottery winners. The only way to find out if you’ve won is to go to the state.gov website and check your status with your confirmation […]

My Eb3 is still at initial review, seems it will be current within 2 months, is the finger printing must have? I got it done in 2007.

You’ll receive a biometric notice from USCIS if you need to re-do it. Once your PD becomes current, you will want to stay on top of it by contacting USCIS and making sure it isn’t stuck somewhere.

how long should F4 [Brother or sister of US citizen]with April 2005 notice date wait to be current?

IRC Admin replied 10 months, 2 weeks ago

It is country dependent. You can see the history of the F4 category cutoff date movement here: http://immigrationroad.com/visa-bulletin.php (use the Visa Bulletin by Country and Preference tool)

I got reentry and now I change my mind and I want to enter US before 6 month to become citizen after 3 years[CR1].does my reentry cause my clock become zero for my citizenship ,even I dont use it?
I would be grateful for your advice
    Regards

You meant the re-entry permit? Just getting the permit doesn’t reset your clock – it is primarily how long you’ve been outside the U.S. that counts, whether you use it or not.

You must have an immigrant petition filed on your behalf in order to apply for K3 visa, which means that you have clear immigrant intent making it almost impossible to enter on a B1/B2 visa. In another word, if you have clear intention to stay permanently (by getting married) when entering on B visa, it is not going to go well, either at the Port…[Read more]
