My priority date for F3, India is 24th July, 2002. I am documentrally qualified candidate, would anyone know when will we got Visa Appointment date.

India F3 cutoff date has been advancing steadily in recent months (roughly 3 weeks each time), so you can estimate how long it would take for your turn. Also DOS may initiate the process a bit earlier.
