General Visa Issues 1 year ago Can I enter in SUA with mt B1/B2 visa until my K3 visa is ready? I am a romanian citizen going to get married to an american citizen. After I will get married I will apply for K3 visa, but until that is ready can I enter and reenter in SUA with my actual B1/B2 visa?
And is there any difference between getting married in SUA or in Romania regarding the time taht it will take for K3 visa to be ready?
