I-130 2 weeks, 3 days agoCan I enter in SUA with mt B1/B2 visa until my K3 visa is ready? I am a romanian citizen going to get married to an american citizen. After I will get married I will apply for K3 visa, but until that is ready can I enter and reenter in SUA with my actual B1/B2 visa?

I-130 1 month, 2 weeks agoI went to an infopass appointment and they said they would go get the liason but the immigration officer said that that person was not there. Should i make another inforpass appointment. The immigration officer just said that they were going to interview me and that my file was upstairs in the field office.

So they said your files were upstairs and what happened next? Did they go fetch them? Did they tell you to come back at another time?

No they did not go get them to show them to me. The person did not tell me to come back at another time. However, I did make another appointment to see if the liason is there this time I go to talk to them. What do you think I should say or ask them?

Yeah my case is complicated because we married during removal proceedings but we were living together before he was brought in by ICE. He was brought by ICE because where we live they have that 287g program where if you get taken in they ask you if you are here legally or not. We have a daughter now. I-130 1 month, 4 weeks agoOkay so FINALLY I got my $5000 immigration bond back after almost 2 years. I-130 STILL PENDING!!! FRUSTRATING!

I-130 3 months agoI 130 is at the district office and got a response from Senator. They also have the a file number. The two will be mergeed and an interview will be scheduled. Still have to wait and wait some more. wait time is now 1 year and 3 months for and I 130 to be approved. How ineffiecient this is is.

I’m glad you’re getting at least some information from your Senator. The process is long and frustrating, as we all know, but as long as it’s moving along there is hope. Good luck with everything and keep us posted!

I-130 3 months agoOkay so finally the immigration bond is cancelled after a year later. I can get my money back. Now, I am still waiting for my I 130 to be approved.
