General Visa Issues 1 year agoCan I enter in SUA with mt B1/B2 visa until my K3 visa is ready? I am a romanian citizen going to get married to an american citizen. After I will get married I will apply for K3 visa, but until that is ready can I enter and reenter in SUA with my actual B1/B2 visa?

General Visa Issues 1 year, 1 month agoHi, I have the valid L1B and it expires on Sep 2012 but my I 94 expires only on July 2014. I planned to visit Niagara Canada by road and heard that they won’t give any new I 94 at POE Detroit.
1. What would be my last entry date to US?

General Visa Issues: 2 years, 3 months agoWanted to find out how long goes it take for USCIS to notify NVC of an approval. We filed I-824 with USCIS in May, 2010 which was approved in Jan, 2011 but almost 5 weeks but still NVC has no information or record of this case.
Is this pretty normal? If someone has gone thru’ this process please update us.
