General Employment-Based Immigration 1 month agoHi, I have the valid L1B and it expires on Sep 2012 but my I 94 expires only on July 2014. I planned to visit Niagara Canada by road and heard that they won’t give any new I 94 at POE Detroit.
1. What would be my last entry date to US?

It is pretty short but covers a rather broad range of Visa, EB and FB immigration issues. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey (by April 29, 2010).

When you said your L1b would expire on Sep 2012, I assume you meant the visa (the stamp page on passport) and not your L1 status. Your non-immigration status and how long you can stay in the U.S. legally is determined by I-94 – not your visa.
