We have received a few inquiries about the soon-to-be released USCIS pending I-485 inventory. Yes, we are waiting for it too, hopefully in the next week or so. We will promptly update our green card tracker to include the new data as soon as it is out there.

Can you update your home-page with the new inventory that USCIS released recently? Your tracker is the best, but it still has data from May 27, 2010.

Actually the May 27, 2010 is already the latest release. USCIS publishes pending I-485 data quarterly (not monthly), so the next release is expected to be September……one more month from now.

Hi,
I have a question: I am in the process of applying for citizenship. I obtained the Green Card in 1995 (trough marriage) and have been living and working in the US since 2000.Looking at question 7 of the n-400 form, I am terrified that I might not be able to reconstruct all the times I was not in the US. My passport only shows the dates or reentry, but they never stamp at departure from the US and I do not know if I can unearth information from travels dating back 12 to 16 years.
Any advice on this?
Just try your best. As long as the info entered is to your best knowledge, you should be fine. Your credit card statements can a good source to piece together your trips, in addition to your airline accounts, car rental agreements, etc.
If you are on the borderline of meeting the residence requirement, you will want to extra cautious though.
Next time please post in the Forum so that more people can see your post. I know it can be confusing as it is a new platform for discussions. I’ll try to post some quick tips later.
