    VERY CLOSE TO TURNING IN THE HARDSHIP WAIVER. SO MANY DOCUMENTS!! HAVE A LAWYER APPOINTMENT TO SEE WHAT ELSE I NEED TO DO!! ALMOST DONE WITH THE JOURNEY!! EXCITED!!

    My Eb3 is still at initial review, seems it will be current within 2 months, is the finger printing must have? I got it done in 2007.

      You’ll receive a biometric notice from USCIS if you need to re-do it. Once your PD becomes current, you will want to stay on top of it by contacting USCIS and making sure it isn’t stuck somewhere.
